Account threshold

Please be mindful of your trading software’s capital threshold.

For example, if you purchased a license valid for accounts of up to $25,000, your software will cease operating once your balance exceeds $25,000 USD. This includes management of any open trades. Therefore, it is important to actively monitor your account balance and ensure you do not exceed the maximum licensed value of your account.

If you are approaching your maximum value, you can either make a withdrawal from your broker or upgrade your account to the next tier. If you would like to upgrade, simply contact us at support@algoalpha.co and we will help you complete that process. However please note that this upgrade can take up to 72 hours from payment.

Ensuring your account balance remains below the threshold is your responsibility.
