Upgrading your license

At any point you may upgrade you license to the next tier.

Please remember, that upgrading your license will be required if you exceed your current license's balance limit!

If you have purchased a 100k license and your account balance exceeds $100,000 USD your bot will no longer manage your account!

Please upgrade ahead of time to ensure uninterrupted service.

How to upgrade

• Simply contact us via email at support@algoalpha.co and request a license upgrade
• We will then send you an invoice with further instructions.
• After the upgrade has been performed (usually within 72h of the payment), we will notify you.
• When the upgrade has been completed, you must restart you EA by closing and re-opening your MetaTrader terminal.
